Our HR support Level 3 Programme is all about developing the skills required to become a subject matter expert. WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL I DO?
Working within our Central Functions HR Team you will work with a passionate team who support the Business with Human Resources and People Processes
- Local communications
- Respond to urgent matters at any time, and escalate issues to the appropriate person
- Key Event planning/management
- Collations of data /business packs for meeting
- Cross collaboration of multiple stakeholders
- To ensure relationships with customers are maintained and continuously developed
- Supporting our sites to drive the HR agenda
- Supporting and facilitating site recruitment
- Supporting the Co-ordination of the annual Performance and Talent Cycle
- Champion employee engagement and use your initiative to find opportunities for continuous improvement

WHAT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED?
- You must have achieved G.C.S.E.s in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above or 4-9 or have a achieved Level 2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics
- Must speak English
- As part of the HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded apprenticeship programme
- Must have a full uk driving license and the ability to travel across the UK
- Flexibility to respond to last minute requests

Compensation:
£21,000 per annum starting salary. As an Apprentice your salary will increase throughout the programme.

Future prospects:
We want Apprentices to build their careers, with the option to complete a further apprenticeship at a higher level and work towards continue your journey in the HR specialism.. Apprentices can contribute their ideas to influence the success of our business and be a part of an organization that makes an impact to society as well as to the world of logistics. After your programme you will transition into the Alumni community to continue the growth of your career.
WORKING WEEK: 40 hours

Our application process is simple – you'll complete an online application form, then take some online psychometric tests. Provided you meet the required criteria, you'll then be invited to a virtual programme overview session where you can learn the details about the role you've applied to! If it's still something you're excited about, you'll be invited to an Experience Day (aka Assessment Centre) where we can meet you in person.
