Were growing fast and looking for ambitious people who want to grow with us.p pWere proud to foster a culture built on trust, curiosity, and collaborationand we have a bit of fun while were at it too.p pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liActing as the first point of contact for client support requests via phone, email, and our service portal.li liLogging and triaging tickets in our RMMPSA platform (Halo).li liTroubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.li liSupporting users with Microsoft 365, Windows 1011, and common business apps.li ul pstrongRequired skills:strongp ul liGenuine interest in technology and problem-solving.li liStrong communication and people skills.li liA methodical, can-do approach with good attention to detail.li liAny prior hands-on experience with IT (home labs, school projects, fixing family tech, etc).li liKnowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, or basic networking.li liA full UK driving licence (or working towards one).li ul pstrongEntry requirements:strongp ul li3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subjectli liGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)li liProspective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subjectli ul pYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
