Haddon Training, est. in 1997 has a rich and established history primarily working with people of all ages who are undertaking work-based traineeships and apprenticeships in Horse Care, Animal Care and Business. In 2021 Haddon Training became part of the Educ8 Group, enabling it to expand and grow further than ever before.

Haddon Training is the preferred training provider for  British Eventing and British Showjumping. As an award-winning, Ofsted Grade 2 'Good' training provider, they deliver high-quality work-based vocational qualifications.

Haddon Training delivers traineeships and apprenticeships across England as well as apprenticeships throughout Wales.

With our help, over 4,000 young people have earned nationally recognised qualifications and launched successful careers. That number’s getting bigger every day; we currently support over 550 apprentices across England and Wales.

The dynamic landscape of Further Education has changed massively over the past 20 years and Haddon Training has remained committed to both employers and people in learning winning several awards along the way - including Training Provider of the Year at the Apprenticeship 4 England Awards, finalists in the Times Education Supplement (TES) Awards and National winners of the Apprenticeship Provider of the Year in the Agricultural, Environmental and Animal Care category at the AAC awards.

If you're looking to start out on your career, whether you have experience or not, Haddon Training offers a solution. An apprenticeship offers practical work experience, knowledge, skills and behaviours for your chosen job role; skills that are recognised by industry employers all over the country. Throughout the apprenticeship you’ll be supported, coached and mentored by one of our experienced Trainer Coaches. They’ll meet with you and your employer early on to agree an Individual Learning Plan (ILP). Training

Haddon Training offers work-based training, where you will earn as you learn. In England, apprenticeship completion is measured through an End Point Assessment where you will demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviors you have learnt. In Wales, you will be assessed based on completing units and by gathering a portfolio of work during your time on the apprenticeship.
