Join us, as a Manufacturing Degree Apprentice, and you'll get to make an impact from day one, as you work on exciting projects and help us make our manufacturing processes simpler and more efficient. On this programme, you’ll help us provide top quality food and the freshest produce for our customers, from flowers, fish and veg to burgers and bread. You’ll gain hands-on experience in our manufacturing business from day one, working alongside our skilled colleagues in all areas of our fast-paced manufacturing sites.
Our teams at those stores love providing over 11 million customers every week with good quality fresh food and a great shopping experience they won’t find anywhere else. As a Retail Degree Apprentice, you'll spend three years gaining the skills, knowledge and experience you need. On our 3-year programme, you’ll need to think quickly on your feet as you’ll be right at the heart of the action. It’s all about helping to keep our store running smoothly as you learn what’s involved in store operations alongside your studies.
Our Corporate Degree Apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with the University of Bradford, allows you to work towards a degree while preparing for a brilliant management career within our unique food retail business. You’ll join a number of corporate teams on our 3-year programme. It’s about developing new skills and learning about our business and industry through placements across many different areas.
We look after the finance that impact on every part of Morrisons, supporting future plans and decision-making. You can play a key role in working in the heart of you community with our Finance Apprenticeship. Working with a Financial Accountant or Finance Manager, you’ll learn how to prepare balance sheet reconciliations and generate accruals, prepayments and adjustments.
