You'll also receive one-to-one advice, guidance, and support throughout your programme through a dedicated:

Placement Manager

Responsible for your day-to-day management and support with your development.

Sponsor

A Senior Manager who acts as a technical and professional advisor and has line manager responsibility.

Buddy

Usually an apprentice/graduate who gives support to you and ensure that you feel welcomed in the organisation.

Development Advisor

Supports your professional development through providing career coaching and actively supporting your career progression at Tfl.

Your application journey:

If you’re applying to any of our schemes, you’ll need to go through our online application process. We’ve made this clear and helpful, so you know what to expect at every stage:

  1. Exploring your options: Choose the programme that suits you best. Then apply by completing a simple form.
  2. Showing your strengths:  You'll be asked to take some tests, where we will ask you a few strengths-based questions.
  3. Being yourself: A video interview gives you the chance to tell us about yourself and show your motivation and passion to join them.
  4. Getting to know us: Spend an assessment day learning more about our business, while gaining valuable knowledge and skills.
