1. Application Questions:

This is used to understand whether you meet the eligibility for the programme. We do not screen based on your CV. Please note applications from current or recent graduates (graduated within 1 year) will be directed towards our graduate programme to open in Oct/Nov 2022. If your graduation date is more than 1 year at the time of application please visit the Microsoft Career Site for full time opportunities.

2. Microsoft Apprentice Strengths-Based Video Interview:

Care is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that when people get to use their strengths, they are engaged, happier, and more likely to achieve their goals. This part of the process is delivered via a one-way interview using the MyInterview system where you will answer a set of questions. The best bit about this, is you can record it whenever you like, at a time that suits you and when you feel comfortable.

You’ll also get two chances to record each question and then pick your favourite answer to submit – so there’s no need to worry if you go wrong the first time.

3. Manager & Team Interview:

Meet your potential new team. The highest scoring candidates will then be invited to the next stage of the process. If you are in this group then you will then you will be invited to a virtual interview with a manager and a team member. This is the final assessment stage of the process, and after this hiring decisions will be made.
