1. Application Questions:

This is used to understand whether you meet the eligibility for the programme. We do not screen based on your CV.

If you meet the eligibility requirements, the GetMyFirstJob team will invite you through to the next stage of the process.

2. Microsoft Apprentice Strengths-Based Video Interview:

Care is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that when people get to use their strengths, they are engaged, happier, and more likely to achieve their goals. This part of the process is delivered via a one-way interview using the MyInterview system where you will answer a set of questions. The best bit about this, is you can record it whenever you like, at a time that suits you and when you feel comfortable.

You’ll also get two chances to record each question and then pick your favourite answer to submit – so there’s no need to worry if you go wrong the first time.

3. Manager & Team Interview:

Meet your potential new team. The highest scoring candidates will then be invited to the next stage of the process. If you are in this group then you will then you will be invited to a virtual interview with a manager and a team member. For most roles this is the final assessment stage of the process, and after this hiring decisions will be made. If you have applied for the Customer Technical Solutions or Xbox Studios Quality Engineer Apprenticeships there will be a further assessment which will take place with the learning provider. After this, final hiring decisions will be made for the programme.
