For someone who joined at a very young age, I have progressed quite a lot. I am the manager of our Windows clients team, ensuring the delivery of operationally critical systems. I get opportunities to manage a large group of personnel, which I don’t think many people my age, with my qualifications and experience, get to do. - Tamlin Dwyer
