About the Royal Academy of Engineering

The Academy works with hundreds of engineering businesses, supporting them to cultivate vibrant and inclusive work environments where collaboration, creativity, and curiosity thrive.

The Academy opens doors to engineering industry by training, supporting, mentoring and funding the most talented and creative researchers, innovators and leaders across engineering. Developing skills and driving innovation are top priorities for The Academy and they do this by investing in some of the UK's most creative and exciting engineering businesses.

The Graduate Engineering Engagement Programme (GEEP)

The Royal Academy of Engineering will soon be accepting applications to their award-winning engineering employability programme. The programme is designed to boost your ability to secure engineering jobs and will include engaging workshops, 1:1 support, networking events, mentoring, upskilling and the chance to connect directly with 20+ businesses from all types of engineering.

No matter where you're based, if you’re a UK-based engineering student or recent graduate you'll be able to apply as it offers virtual, in-person and hybrid options.
