NatWest is looking for brilliant young people from non-traditional backgrounds to join a range of apprenticeships – and they’ve partnered with Leadership Through Sport & Business (LTSB) to give you the greatest chance of success.

LTSB is a social mobility charity that prepares and supports bright young people into meaningful roles with major firms. Their life-changing work makes sure those at risk of under-employment find careers they deserve!

Why would a young person want to apply for these apprenticeships?

We’re doing this in two stages:

  1. Starting things off with a three-week Bootcamp, where you’ll learn all the skills you need to make a successful career. You’ll get an introduction to the technical skills you’ll need in the apprenticeship. And you’ll have a range of personal development workshops to give you the edge when applying for the NatWest apprenticeship.
  2. You’ll then get the opportunity to be assessed for NatWest Digital and Customer Advisor apprenticeships in Edinburgh, London and Manchester (salary from £18,765 + 10% benefit funding in Edinburgh and Manchester, or £23,850 + 10% benefit funding in London). Once placed, LTSB continues to support you through vital personal and professional mentoring, greatly increasing the chances of career progression.

Am I guaranteed a job?

This is an exclusive access programme for young people who wouldn’t normally get this chance. You still need to excel in an interview and earn the role. However, even if you don’t get selected by NatWest, you are guaranteed many exclusive opportunities to impress other major firms, a dedicated Career Development Manager, and our commitment to always support those who are engaged and focussed!
