GSCE’s or equivalent A* - D 3 -9 in maths and English
A GCSE in an Engineering based subject / BTEC in Engineering
We would require a Clean Driving License with Test Passed by end of Year 1.
Be 17 years or older at 31st of August 2022 due to insurance purposes.

Please be aware you will be working in the company and will also be required to attend Alliance Learning for the Block release training.
Please also be aware wages will be increased yearly:
Year 1: £8.55 = 299.25
Year 2: £9.38 = 365.82
Year 3: £11.09 = 432.51
Year 4: £12.79 = 498.81
Year 5: £14.50 = 565.50
