Description

Anna is an Olympic event rider and runs a successful livery business, The apprenticeship will offer the right candidate lots of riding opportunities if wanted as there is always a selection of young horses and schooling liveries in.


Opportunities to travel and groom at shows and support the small friendly team.

Working hours are 7.30am-5pm with a breakfast break and lunch break. The apprenticeship is a work based opportunity on site so no sitting in a classroom for hours. If you didn't achieve your Maths & English grades at school we can help support you to gain these whilst on programme.

Anna is also a BHS APC so you will be able to have riding lessons and watch teaching session to learn from one of the greats.

There is accommodation on site and own horse is welcome. The yard consists of 17 horses and lovely facilities.

The interview will consists of a trial day working on the yard. You must be a UK resident or have lived in the EU for 3 years or more in order to apply for this role. If you hold a L3 Equine qualification you are unable to apply for this role.

Passion for Horses


A GCSE or equivalent pass in English and maths is beneficial but not essential. If you do not have passes, we will support you in achieving your Functional Skills English and maths qualifications alongside your apprenticeship.

All training will be provided on site during your paid working hours. Your day to day mentoring will be with your employer, and a combination of online and in person monthly sessions will be held with your Haddon Training Trainer Coach.
