Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Dealing with all aspects of a litigation
focused debt recovery process on behalf of our clients. This could include
either a consumer, commercial or mortgage repossession environment.
- Ensuring all relevant processes are followed
with dates diarised and followed up in a timely manner in line with client
service levels and court processes.
- Compile witness statements or completion of
court documentation as required as part of the recovery process.
- Answer client queries and provide status
updates/advice in a professional and efficient manner whether this is via
email communication or verbally via the telephone.
- Ensure all work undertaken is in line with internal and client service
level agreements.
- Liaise with external third party companies, agents or other representing
parties as required.
- Treat all customers fairly, professionally and act within legislation,
compliance and codes of practice.
- In addition to the above, you may be
required to carry out any other reasonable request as required by the Team
Leader/Head of Department.
