Description
To provide support to the PHP Law team and be the first
point of call in reception for our clients.
Main Duties:
- Manages
correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- Answers
phone calls and transfers them as necessary
- Maintains
stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, procuring additional
services/products and distributing them as needed
- Assists
in planning and arranging events, including organising catering where required
- Manages
reception area and looks after clients and visitors, providing hospitality as
needed
- Updating
and maintaining company records
- General
clerical duties, including but not limited to, mailing and filing
correspondence, preparing payrolls, placing orders etc
- Assists
in purchase orders and invoicing
- Preparation
and postal of documents as required.

interpersonal skills with the ability to develop successful working relationships.
- Good
time management skills, together with a methodical and organised approach to
work.
- Ability
to use own initiative and take action accordingly.

Working week: 9:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch
