The ongoing training allows you to earn as you learn, gain industry standard certifications and the skills needed to set you up for your career within Sopra Steria, one of the UK’s Best Workplaces' for Technology, Women and Wellbeing.

What you need to know:
•Designed to make a real difference to people in the early part of their IT career, we will equip you with the essential skills to succeed.
•To support your training and induction you will need to attend your closest Sopra Steria office this could be in: London, Hemel Hempstead, Edinburgh, or Salford.
•During your career at Sopra Steria, you can expect to work with various clients across the UK. We do offer hybrid working with the flexibility to work from home some of the time if you want to.
•We really want you to succeed, so there will be lots of support from dedicated managers, mentors, and buddies!
•As part of this role, you will be required to go through a Security Clearance process more information on this process will be shared with you at application.
•Dates for the diary: applications open in February 2024; Interviews will be held in March 2024; Start date is May 2024.

What you'll be doing:
Following the initial induction and with continued training and support, you will find yourself involved in various tasks where you will put your learning into practice. This program will see that you gain exposure to lots of areas across the entire project lifecycle with tasks involving, but not limited to:

•Supporting on projects and generating business insights from data.
•Building and supporting Cloud environments.
•Coding, testing and resolving IT issues.

Don't worry if this seems out of reach - with our training program you will be equipped to succeed in all these tasks and more!

No formal qualifications are required, but we do ask that you are:
