Description
Role:
·
The role of Office Administrator
will be to have an ear to the ground and be aware of everything that’s going in
the company, from knowing which important meetings will be taking place to
co-ordinating deliveries and supporting the Office Manager.
·
Front of House and Reception will
form part of the duties of the role, along with, phones, post, data entry,
client meetings, travel, accommodation bookings, ad hoc HR support plus admin
support for operational and commercial departments where required.

employees and potential clients see, you will maintain a well-groomed
appearance whilst remaining calm, courteous and professional at all times
·
The role of Office Administrator
requires a person who enjoys dealing with people and is confident in
approaching all levels of colleagues as the role interacts with the entire
business.
Working week: 37 hours per week Monday – Friday 9.00-17.30
Hourly rate:
£6.40 per hour age under 18
£12 per hour 18 and over

The successful candidate will work towards completing the Level 3 Business Administration Standard from the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education. Delivered by Blackpool and The Fylde College offering expert tuition and exceptional facilities.?

Assessment mostly takes place in the workplace. When you start, you will be allocated a skills coach, who will visit you at least once a month to guide and support you and help you to plan for your future. We will also provide you with specialist support for your English and maths and for any additional needs that you make us aware of.??
