Description
Main responsibilities:
- First line support, troubleshooting issues and resolving Partner and Customer requests
- Management of CRM ticket queues on the Zest4 Portal
- Liaising with Partners, Customers and Suppliers via tickets, email and telephone
- Accurate data entry
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
- Dispatching and invoicing stock
- Develop a good working knowledge of all products sold by Zest4
- Opportunity to work within other teams to expand your knowledge

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
