Description
Finance plays a huge part in 2 Sisters and our Graduate Scheme offers you the opportunity to understand the scale and complexity around finance for one of the UK’s largest food manufacturers. You will be given real projects and be empowered to make real decisions by rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into life at 2 Sisters.
You will have a number of placements across the scheme, enabling you to gain experience across a broad spectrum of Finance.
These areas include:
- Commercial Finance.
- Operations Finance.
- Financial Accounting and Reporting.
- Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- You will have exposure to people at all different levels and learn from some of the best in the industry.
We will support you right from the start as well as giving you a structured development plan. You will also be partnered with a mentor and a coach who will be with you every step of the way.
We expect our Graduates to relocate to any of our sites throughout the UK during their 3 years on the programme so you will need to be flexible and be willing to do this.

If you’re looking to develop your accountancy skills to lead finance departments or provide management accounting consultancy, CIMA is your ticket. CIMA is split into Certificate, a standalone ‘beginner’ qualification, and Professional, which is split into three levels: Operational, Management, and Strategic.
- The Certificate in Business Accounting is your starting point if you're new to accountancy. You'll learn the fundamentals of business economics, financial accounting, management accounting, and ethical considerations of commercial activity.
- Operational teaches you about organisational management, costs and analysis used in production, and financial reporting and taxation.
- Management equips you with the skills to perform advanced management accounting and advanced financial reporting tasks.
- Strategic develops your leadership and strategic management abilities, and teaches you about risk management and financial strategy.

The scheme is a three-year placement starting in September 2024. We will be proactively working with you throughout the three-years to secure your permanent role with 2 Sisters at the end of the three years.
