Description
To support delivery of efficient and effective Services
whilst learning about the work of the Company and developing your career,
gaining valuable work experience and a recognised qualification.
Duties will include:
- Provide essential administrative assistance
to the office teams
- Communicate effectively with customers and
suppliers, via email and telephone
- Support delivery of the company services,
ensuring service processes are always followed
- Provide information and guidance to clients
- Maintain In-house IT Systems ensuring that
data entered is accurate and up-to-date, produce reports
- Build and maintain successful relationships
with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the services provided are
meeting their needs
- Attend in-house training and external
apprenticeship training as and when required

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you could
progress within the company to become a Bookings Facilitator or Training
Co-ordinator.
Working Week: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
