Description
The purpose of the role is to provide essential administrative support
to the Operations team, facilitating seamless workflow across departments and
contributing to the efficient functioning of the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Open case files
using our bespoke case management system
- Manage data with
integrity and initiative
- Collate and
review essential documents
- Scan/Copy new
documents
- Liase with third
parties via email and telephone
- Draft emails and
correspondence to a high standard
- Provide
assistance to each department as required
- Organise and
prioritise workloads
- Conduct
themselves in a professional manner at all times
- Work within a
team and under your own initiative
- Complete ad-hock
tasks
- Overall
office maintenance
