Description
Bennet & Co are an established solicitors , serving the Liverpool community since 2011.
They are looking for a motivated, professional apprentice to join their small team to complete a Business Administration level 2 apprenticeship.
Duties will include;
- Welcoming visitors and dealing with their enquiries
- Professionally answering the phone, taking messages and passing them to the relevant person
- Using it systems to draft letters, emails, reports, newsletters, maintain records
- Monitoring office supplies
- Keeping paper and electronic records up to date
- Using the inhouse systems
- Preparing outgoing post
- Other administrative duties, as required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive relationship with customers
- Confidence dealing with people both in person and over the telephone
- Understanding of Microsoft applications
- Good communication skills
GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and maths - preferred

You will be working towards the Level 3 Business administration apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard
- Functional skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered through Bennet & Co’s dedicated training provider, Realise.
