Description
Working independently and as part of the team, the role will involve developing, maintaining, and improving business administrative services through our dedicated onboarding team. As a central point of contact for new customers, suppliers and contractors, responsibilities will include taking customer orders, processing customer data through internal systems and entering customer data into suppliers' systems. The role will develop strong communication and organisational skills while presenting opportunities to show initiative and develop/enhance key decision-making and problem-solving skills. Key duties will include:
- Communicating with new customers via tickets, email and phone.
- Ensuring clients and customers receive the correct products and services.
- Packaging hardware and customer orders for delivery.
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to schedule engineer appointments.
- Ensuring all equipment is dispatched and delivered promptly and correctly.
- Deliver five-star service for every customer, from ordering to getting connected with MTH Networks.
- Assisting in the provision of hardware, shipping, and preparing for dispatch.
- Utilising a CRM, creating customer accounts, raising tickets, ensuring notes are taken.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be computer literate. You must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word, be able to follow customer briefs and instructions, be able to work to deadlines, strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure and as part of a small, hands-on team. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage.
