Description

As a Commis Chef apprentice, you will form part of our kitchen team and will work closely with our Head Chef Luke Heaver.

List of duties include:

  • Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes
  • Plating dishes
  • Cleaning down
  • Kitchen management

Basic Knife skills

Good communication skills

Maths and English GCSE C/4 or above/ Equivalent ideally.

The Successful applicant will be required to attend Exeter College one day a week (Term time only) to work towards the Level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship. Skills officer visit in the workplace every 4-6 weeks.
