Description

Rearo Laminates are a leading specialist in the supply and manufacture of bathroom and kitchen surfaces within the UK. It is a family run business which has operated in the market for over 20 years. They pride themselves on high levels of customer service, assisting the customer from initial inquiry through to delivery with our own dedicated nationwide fleet of vehicles. 



Overview:



They are now looking for an apprentice to join their busy office, ideally someone who has a keen interest in learning new skills and is able to work to their full potential. This is a great opportunity for a lucky individual to thrive and to kickstart their career all whilst completing a SCQF Level 6 apprenticeship.



Responsibilities:





  • Using a CRM system to process sales orders and sample orders, checking stock, amending stock, dispatching sales orders and samples on delivery screen and creating cash accounts for customers 


  • Being first response and having a positive impact in all interactions, with internal and external customers 


  • Tracking large stand customers, stand samples and requirements


  • Running stock count sheet and other spreadsheets to organise tracking for customers using Excel


  • Using Word for drafting letters and labels if required


  • Provide consistent support to the branch team to enable them to maximize contribution, productivity and efficiency


  • Deliver the strategy for business growth through being productive at all times

Working week:



39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm



Salary:



Starting salary is £15,047 per annum. After successfully completing probation your rate of pay will increase to £18,799.56 then to £23,322 on completion of the apprenticeship.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
