Your new
role as a Trainee Recruiter
We are currently looking for
ambitious and sales driven individuals to join us as a Recruiter on the Oracle
team, in Sheffield.
Hays’ Oracle Recruitment
Practice is one of our fastest growing divisions. You would be operating
nationally with a broad range of candidates and clients. You would be
supporting clients in the Public Sector, Private Sector & Consultancies
with contract, permanent, retained and SoW recruitment solutions. You will be
working with household names and exciting brands on their Oracle Cloud
transformation programmes, building internal teams, and solving complex
business problem.
This role gives you the
opportunity to travel across the UK, work with a diverse range of companies and
people, and build a career.
As an Oracle Recruiter, you'll
work alongside the Managing Director to manage your own area of the Oracle
market. You will work within a commercial and entrepreneurial environment and
have responsibility for the following:

Managing
job vacancies from start to finish.

Screening,
interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
?
Matching
the best candidates to the best jobs.
?
Building
relationships with existing clients.
?
Gathering
compliance and rights to work.
?
Advertising
jobs.
