RANGE OF DUTIES:
- Good communication skills including telephone and reception
- Knowledge of and ability to use office machinery eg. photocopiers, scanners
- Working knowledge and use of databases and other software packages including Microsoft Office
- Confident in a range of ICT skills
- The ability to work as part of a team, to be able to prioritise, use their own initiative but also to take direction from senior colleagues
- To support the school recording and analysing attendance
- To work with and support families to improve attendance
- A good standard of English and Maths
- Neat and organised approach work
