Escone Solution are a business application support provider who provide forward thinking solutions to their clients. In this role, you will quickly pick up the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in the role and will become a valued member of the team. The small, friendly and supportive team is the perfect environment to grow your skills, Escone Solutions has supported numerous past apprentices, and the majority of which are still in the business!



Responsibilities:





  • Working with Helpdesk to manage client tickets 


  • Assisting to ensure all client deadlines are met


  • Gathering data for monthly reports and creating monthly data reports using Microsoft Office tools for both internal and external use


  • Assisting with all aspects of client support, communicating with clients via various channels 


  • Providing delivery support for clients, assisting with issue resolution through internal CRR systems Escone Assist


  • Internal communications via Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook




Required skills:





  • Knowledge /interest of basic finance due to the nature of the software supported


  • Excellent communicator both face to face and via digital channels


  • Good standard of written work


  • Team player 


  • Driven and self motivated 


  • Professional manner


  • Ability to multi-task

Salary:





  • £15,000 - £16,000 per annum




Working hours:





  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm




Future prospects:





  • Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, there is the opportunity for the right candidate to move to a permanent position within the business and complete further industry specific training. Frequent salary reviews will also be in place.

This vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer.  Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work.  They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.



Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.



On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
