In just 12 weeks, you’ll dive deep into the interconnected
world of the Internet of Things and be able to install, configure and maintain
the devices which run our smart homes and workplaces. With these in-demand
skills, you’ll be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry where
innovation meets convenience.
The Smart Technologies Technician programme will build the
technical knowledge and hands-on skills needed to start your career. This will
include:
- Smart Technologies
- Electrical Principles
- Technical & Architectural Drawings & Documentation
- Networking
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Project Management
Our Skills Bootcamps focus on making candidates as
employable as possible, by giving them the skills, qualifications, and career
and recruitment support needed to get into an IT or digital role. Our Career
Support team have worked with candidates from all different backgrounds, to
hone their skills and make sure they are fully equipped for their chosen
career.

- Basic IT literacy.

- Are you aged 19+ as of 31/8/22?
- Have you lived in England for at least 3 years?
- Can you commit to 12 weeks attendance and a WANT to learn?
- Have access to a reliable internet connection with a PC/ Laptop?
The programme will build technical
knowledge and learning needed to start a learner’s career in IT. This will
include the following industry recognised certifications that top employers are
looking for: CompTIA A+, Windows Client an Office 365. We’ll also help learners
hone their soft skills, including communication, collaborative working,
problem-solving and working to deadlines in an agile environment.
