Key Responsibilities/Duties
Supporting and assisting the sales team with property enquiries via web and telephone enquiries, viewings, negotiating sales, managing contracts, reporting, and servicing existing clients from initial enquiry and negotiating new development property sales through to completion along with any administrative duties.
These include;
- Telephone answering, arrange viewings, direct public help desk
- Administration paperwork for sales advertising & progression
- Updating websites and sales portals
- Property viewings, key administration, sales invoice calculations.

GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 (or equivalent) desirable
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Hunters will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship standard, which includes:
•Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
•Functional skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered through Hunter's dedicated training provider, Realise.
