Overview: 
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice to join our dynamic team. 
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, learning how to create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels. 
You will work closely with the operations team to develop skills in digital, social media, email, content marketing, and more.



Salary: 
£16,000 - £18,000 per annum. 



Key Responsibilities: 





  • Creating a database of existing customer’s details/potential customer details and to update this on a regular basis


  • Contacting potential customers to explain who we are, what we do and setting up meetings for the sales team - if required


  • Manage our social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn)


  • Update our website on a regular bases with recent projects/jobs we have completed


  • Help set up and run an e-commerce website that sells our products


  • Answer calls from customers


  • Day-to-day admin duties, Campaign Management, SEO and Analytics




What we are looking for:
Desired skills and qualities: 





  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Digital Literacy: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.


  • Creativity: Ability to contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and content.


  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.


  • Attention to detail: High level of accuracy in work, particularly in content creation and data analysis.


  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


  • Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to group efforts.


  • Learning attitude: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and marketing trends.




Essential: 
Having a full driving licence and your own vehicle is required - as the role involves travelling. 



Entry requirements:





  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week: Monday-Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm and Friday from 8am - 3:30pm. [36.5hrs per week]

Future prospects:
90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. 



We seek to offer a permanent role available upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
