Overview: 
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated who is relentless in delivering the wow factor to our customers.
The Digital Marketing Apprentice will be passionate about all functions of communications and marketing and will help support the delivery of effective communications and marketing activities.



You will assist with developing digital marketing campaigns, updating ours and our sister companies social media channels, websites and writing engaging content for all platforms including, online, offline and print.



The role will also provide a range of administrative support services which may include telephone support, organising diaries, managing correspondence, postal services and ensuring all internal online platforms are kept up to date.



Salary: 
£17,888 per annum.



Responsibilities: 





  • Support Sales and Marketing teams in delivering engaging communications and projects across all channels. 


  • Create and schedule content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and other relevant channels. 


  • Monitor and respond to social media engagement while building networks on LinkedIn. 


  • Assist with SEO, PPC campaigns, data collection, and keyword research, and analyze campaign performance. 


  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and direct mail campaigns using analytics tools. 


  • Manage and update websites across multiple platforms, ensuring content accuracy and timeliness. 


  • Provide high-quality customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in person. 


  • Offer general administrative support and collaborate with colleagues to ensure team effectiveness and consistency. 




What we are looking for:
Desirable skills: 





  • Genuine passion for digital marketing with a strong eagerness to learn and grow. 


  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging diverse audiences. 


  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and marketing tools. 


  • Adaptability, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet campaign deadlines. 


  • Professionalism and ethical conduct, upholding company values and complying with relevant regulations. 




Entry requirements:





  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week: 40hrs a week. 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
