Description

Average day: - Clocking in

- Liaising with the workshop manager and other members of staff to ensure duties are carried out in order.
- Spraying/painting various components of kitchens, bedrooms, studies, media walls and all other aspects of furniture.
- Sanding/prepping all components between coats.
- Using a wide variety of paints, stains and lacquers.
- Keeping check of stock items and informing of items required to order.
- General care taking duties.
- Clocking out

Additional Info- 30 days holiday
- 8.5 day fortnight = 4.5 day week followed by 4 day week. Hours can be adjusted to suit young workers.
- Company healthcare scheme after 6 months.

- We are based in the countryside between Knaresborough and Wetherby so a driving license would be an advantage.
- Age between 16 -40
- Must be punctual.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Have an interest in bespoke furniture and interiors.

No formal qualifications required.
Training to become paint room manager.
