Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our digital growth during an exciting expansion phase. With over 35 years of engineering excellence, we are experts in our trade and can offer complete Design, Installation, and Maintenance for all aspects of Mechanical Building Services. We cover a vast range of commercial and industrial sectors including Education, Transport, Sports & Leisure, Offices, Hospitality, Healthcare, and much more.
Main Duties:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies, focusing on audience engagement and growth.
- Create and manage short and long-form content across digital platforms (blog posts, social media, video) to align with brand strategy.
- Use data, analytics, and reporting tools to measure campaign success and refine future digital marketing strategies.
- Enhance website functionality through maintenance, SEO optimisation, and user experience improvements.
- Design, implement, and optimise email campaigns that drive engagement and retention for new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with broader business objectives.
- Engage in networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen client relationships.
- Contribute to CSR initiatives by assisting in event planning and supporting community focused projects that align with the company’s values.
Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of key social media platforms and how to create content that drives engagement.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and campaign adjustments.
- Competent in original content creation, including blog writing, video production, and social media posts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey brand messages effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines when necessary.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for digital trends and innovations.

With the support of Next Level, you will be working towards your Level 4 Marketing Executive. The primary role of a Marketing Executive is to help develop, implement, and support marketing plans. The apprenticeship will last around 15 months. You will have 10 compulsory workshops that will be delivered via a hybrid learning approach. If you do not have a GCSE pass in your Maths and English, we will support you in achieving your Level 2 Function Skills.
