Overview: 
As a Marketing Apprentice at Enferm, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute within a fast-paced healthcare staffing company. 
This role is ideal for someone eager to kickstart their marketing career while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. 
You will be involved in various aspects of marketing, from strategy development to execution and analysis, with a focus on driving brand awareness and supporting business growth.



Location: UK, Milton Keynes, MK9 1LR
Department: Multi-Channel Marketer, Level 3
Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 per annum. 



Key Responsibilities:





  • Digital Marketing: Assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid search.


  • Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and the company website.


  • Social Media Management: Help manage and grow Enferm’s social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.


  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.


  • SEO and Website Management: Assist in optimising website content for search engines and help manage the company’s website.


  • Data Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data and generate reports to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.


  • Event Support: Assist in organising and promoting company events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.




What we are looking for: 
Key skills and attributes:





  • Passion for Marketing: A strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.


  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas.


  • Analytical mindset: Basic understanding of data analysis and the ability to interpret marketing metrics.


  • Organisational skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.


  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).




Entry requirements:





  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week: 8:30am - 5:30pm from Monday - Thursday and from 8:30am - 4:30pm on Friday's.
