Description
Main duties:
- Circulating
Mail between Fee Earner & Secretary and Administration Departments
- Collecting
signed mail for posting and DX
- Ensuring all
mail is made up and, franked or stamped and delivered as may be appropriate for
posting and for DX
- Photocopying
& Scanning
- Collect
Deliveries and Messages from Reception and other Delivery Points as necessary
- Assisting
the Archive Executive (Archive and retrieval of files/deed)
- Ensuring the
post areas are kept tidy
- Circulating all facsimile documents received to
the relevant member of staff
- Hand
deliveries to local offices and visiting the local banks
- Such other
general administrative and organisational tasks as may reasonably be required
from time to time by the Partners and/or the Practice Manager.
- May be called on for some reception cover –
Answering telephone in a professional manner.
