Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Apprentice who is eager to dive into the world of marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop skills in social media management, content creation, video production, website maintenance, and campaign management. You will also work closely with our sales team to gain a deep understanding of our products and how to market them effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: This will include managing, monitoring and growing all social media platforms. You will Create, schedule, and post engaging content that reflects our brand voice and resonates with our audience as well as analyse social media performance and provide insights to improve our strategy.



• Content Creation: You will develop and curate high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate fresh content ideas that align with our brand and business objectives. Ensure all content is accurate, compelling, and consistent with our brand standards.



• Video Creation and Editing: Assist in planning, filming, and editing video content for use in marketing campaigns, social media, and on our website. Use video editing software to create polished, professional videos that enhance our marketing efforts. Work with the team to develop video content ideas that showcase our products and services.



• Website Maintenance: Assist in updating and maintaining the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with our marketing goals. Monitor website performance and provide recommendations for improvement.



• Running Campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels. Assist in developing campaign materials, including emails, landing pages, and ads. Track campaign performance and help to optimize future campaigns based on data insights.



• Product Knowledge and Sales Collaboration: Develop a deep understanding of Evolution Warranties’ products and services. Create marketing materials that effectively communicate product benefits and drive customer engagement.

Entry Requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject



• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)



• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
