Start date: As soon as possible Answering telephones and directing calls to the appropriate person. Updating operational programs with information relating to the job (this is company specific and training is provided for this). Booking accommodation for the engineers working away. Fleet management – arranging repairs, booking appointments. Ability to get to our offices in Letchworth each day (driving makes this easier!) Events booking – staff team building events, quarterly meeting events, Christmas party. Any ad hoc admin duties that may arise (printing, shredding etc).
