Role Overview

The Microsoft Digital Stores Team is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Programme Manager to create, drive, and execute marketing projects and programmes. The Ecommerce Marketing Programme Manager supports the sales and marketing execution plans created by the Regional Digital Store Lead and Digital Store Consumer Lead. The position requires a self-starter who can proactively work within an ambiguous environment, demonstrating problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with varied audiences.


What will you be doing as an apprentice?

  • Manage and coordinate projects from the local marketing calendar.
  • Create promotion requests for Consumer devices and services products.
  • Publish and analyse sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Capture feedback and make recommendations to improve programme execution.
  • Track and manage a comprehensive marketing project calendar for the region.
  • Consolidate and document learnings and best practices throughout the fiscal year to share with the broader EMEA PMM community.
  • Build and manage access to resources, assets, and content for Microsoft Store.
  • Coordinate local digital demand generation campaigns, including customer relationship management, Paid Demand Gen, affiliate, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate activities with Local Category and Site Merchandising teams.

To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must not have a degree.

However, you should have:

  • Obtained suitable level 3 qualifications by 31st August 2025 (3 A-levels with grades A*-C, BTEC Nationals, T Levels, or equivalent)
  • Obtained 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, with grades A*-C or 9-4 on the new grading system

For this role, you will be working towards your Chartered Manager Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship with Corndel College London.
