What will you be doing?
- Market and Industry Research: Conducting in-depth analysis of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Report Writing: Summarizing research findings and analysis into clear, concise, and actionable reports or presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working closely across local and global teams, sharing research findings, and effectively communicating complex information to support informed decision-making.
- Developing expertise in Energy Transition and topics of strategic importance, for example, microgrid, prosumer, and hydrogen.

The Programme is 12-months in duration and includes two 6-month placements that are carefully organised by Hiring Managers to optimise their Graduate’s Experience, Exposure and Education.
What does the future look like?
After completing the programme, performance pending, you will successfully transition into a permanent position with the team/business you have worked in as a Graduate.
The final assessment for this role will be taking place virtually on the 23rd of January 2025.
