What will you be doing?
- Managing and planning multiple large, complex, or multi-business projects from inception to acceptance and be accountable for all aspects of execution.
- Understanding, analysing, documenting, and communicating contractual, technical, and commercial terms & conditions relative to the company rules.
- Developing strong working relationships with clients and internal support functions to ensure successful project executions and maximize opportunities for repeat business.
- Driving continuous improvement by developing case studies and applying them to new projects.

Essential
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Expertise in managing time and priorities to ensure project milestones are met.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation to resolve conflicts and reach consensus among stakeholders.
Desirable
- Previous Project Management experience or a strong demonstrated interest in Project Management.
- Graduated from University within 2 years of the Programme start date.
- Minimum 2:2 Bachelor's Degree - Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Related.

The Programme is 12-months in duration and includes two 6-month placements that are carefully organised by Hiring Managers to optimise their Graduate’s Experience, Exposure and Education.
What does the future look like?
After completing the programme, performance pending, you will successfully transition into a permanent position with the team/business you have worked in as a Graduate.
The final assessment for this role will be taking place virtually on the 29th of January 2025.
