Description
Primary Care Sheffield (PCS) is a not-for-profit company set up by GPs in Sheffield to help deliver world-class primary care in the City.
We exist to create services which make the health and care system work better for everyone. To do that we are focussed on bringing more services closer to the places people live, improving the quality of care, and breaking down the barriers between different types of services.
As our customer service apprentice you will be;
- Dealing with patients at front desk and over the telephone - booking appointments
- Processing incoming documentation
- Scanning and filing documents to patient records
- Dealing with queries arising from telephone calls
- Liaising with a variety of clinical staff

Primary Care will provide you with all of the on the job training you need to upskill in your role, and your 20% off the job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day. If successful, you will complete a Customer Service apprenticeship standard delivered through Primary care's dedicated training provider, Realise.
