As a Control Room Trainee, you will learn & develop, monitoring / managing skills, controlling both distribution and production operating networks, to ensure reliable, sufficient, secure availability of water supplies, meeting the required quality standards needed, for us to meet customer demand and preserve our storage levels, 24/7 365 days a year.

What will you be accountable for?
- Learn and develop skills required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Effective management of the daily supply/demand balance.
- Day to day communication with operational personnel regard site and system performance.
- Deployment of operational personnel in response to unplanned operational events and customer impact.
- Maintain an ‘electronic log’ of operational incidents and events for future reference and reporting.
- Provide cover and support for peer group during periods of absence and/or vacancies (once competent).
