Our Chartered Manager Degree Level 6 Programme is all about developing the skills required to become a subject matter expert. WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL I DO?
Working within our central Account Development Excellence (ADE) team.
The purpose of the central Account Development Excellence (ADE) team is to be a key enabler to the UKI organisation in delivering World Class Account Management and Net Growth (ACG) with our existing customer base. They are focused on supporting the Account Teams in Business Units to drive significant improvements to retention and growth, through rollout and ongoing support of a standardised, simple and Customer-Centric toolkit. To ensure the Account Owners can focus on their customer, the team provide guidance on the internal governance requirements set out by DSC, support with the toolkit application and processing of renewals and growth opportunities in sf.com, BCA and Contract Database

WHAT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED?
260 UCAS points (104+UCAS points from Sept 2017 under the new UCAS tariff system)
You must have achieved G.C.S.E.s in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above/4-9 or have a achieved Level 2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics
Completion of a Level 3 Apprenticeship/Professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
Must be fluent in English
As part of the Chartered Manager Degree Level 6 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded apprenticeship programme

Compensation:
£23,000 per annum starting salary. As an Apprentice your salary will increase throughout the programme.

Future prospects:
We want Apprentices to build their careers, with the option to complete a Level 7 master's in supply chain management Apprenticeship after completing the Level 6 Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship. Apprentices can contribute their ideas to influence the success of our business and be a part of an organization that makes an impact to society as well as to the world of logistics. After your programme you will transition into the Alumni community to continue the growth of your career. WORKING WEEK: 40 hours - shift patterns will apply.

Our application process is simple – you'll complete an online application form, then take an online strengths assessment, followed by an online job simulation. Provided you meet the required criteria, you'll then be invited to a virtual programme overview session where you can learn the details about the role you've applied to! If it's still something you're excited about, you'll be invited to an Experience Day (aka Assessment Centre) where we can meet you in person.
