Logistics is more than getting the product from A to B. At DHL
Supply Chain we combine management and value-added services with our
customised, integrated logistics solutions which drives resilience, efficiency,
improves quality and creates competitive advantage. Our Business Analyst
collaborates closely with the IT Delivery Manager, the Senior Product Manager,
and other stakeholders, providing key insights to drive IT project success.
WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL I DO?
Working within the wider Digital & Technology Team ,
you will work with a passionate team focusing on the

- Requirements gathering
- Business process modelling
- Requirements analysis
- Solution evaluation
- Support projects by providing
support to project managers in project planning, monitoring, and control
activities.
- Documentation - BRD's,
specifications, process guides & user manuals
- Change Management supporting the
implementation of new systems or processes, including training users and
managing resistance to change.
- Continuous Improvement; Monitor
implemented solutions to ensure they are delivering the expected benefits and
suggest improvements where necessary.
- Stakeholder management
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
A passion for all things data.
An ordered mind set.
Eagerness to learn.
Computer literacy and knowledge of
MS Office applications
Excel application knowledge is
essential.
WHAT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED?
- Must hold a valid UK driving
license or be self-reliant to travel to multiple sites if required.
- Must be fluent in English
- You must have achieved G.C.S.E.s
in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above/4-9 or have a achieved Level
2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics
- As part of the Business analyst
Level 4 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area
(EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded
apprenticeship programme

COMPENSATION:
£21,000 per annum starting salary, with increases throughout the
programme.

the required criteria, you'll then be invited to a virtual programme overview
session where you can learn the details about the role you've applied to! If

Day (aka Assessment Centre) where we can meet you in person.
