The key responsibilities in this role include;
- To brief and debrief our
professional Drivers
- To plan load schedules, making
best use of backhaul facilities where possible to generate revenue for DHL
- To support the Operational Tower
Manager and Fleet Managers in executing an integrated transport solution
- To pre advise the management team
of any potential failures in the Transport Operation
- To schedule work centrally using
Paragon planning systems
Here's what we need from you:
- Excellent communication skills at
all levels
- Good IT skills – excel (desirable)
- Applicants are required to have a
GCSE Grade A* - C (9 – 4) or Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths .
You will be required to send copies of these before Experience day.
What qualification will you achieve?
- During the 24 month programme you will work to achieve the Fast
Moving Consumer Goods, Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Forecast customer demand
- Business Improvement Techniques
and problem solving
- Gathering Interpreting and
utilising Data in the Workplace, to identify key trends and themes.
- Sustainability and Environmental
issues
- Procurement and Supplier
Management

What will you get in return?
COMPENSATION:
£21,000 per annum starting salary, with increases throughout the
programme.

What you'll need to do next?
Our application process is simple – you'll complete an online
application form, then take some online psychometric tests. Provided you meet
the required criteria, you'll then be invited to a virtual programme overview
session where you can learn the details about the role you've applied to! If
it's still something you're excited about, you'll be invited to an Experience
Day (aka Assessment Centre) where we can meet you in person
