What you’ll be doing:





  • Helpdesk hero: Be the first point of contact and provide helpdesk support for our internal account managers.


  • Salesforce pro: Become an expert in Salesforce to provide quotations, price packages, and log business opportunities.


  • Excel enthusiast: Use Microsoft Excel to manage business pipelines and prepare reports.


  • Team collaborator: Work with different business stakeholders using Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.


  • Email Manager: Keep our shared email inbox organized and ensure all emails are answered.


  • Opportunity closer: Use the Clari system to close off any opportunities.




What you need to succeed:





  • A proactive attitude.


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


  • Motivation, hard work, and good organization.


  • A positive attitude towards work and studies.


  • Enjoy working as part of a team and independently.




Drive, location not duties: 
Please Note - Being able to drive is preferred but not essential as long as you are within an hour commute. 



Salary: 





  • £19,500 per annum.




Working hours:





  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.

This vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer.  Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work.  They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.



Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.



On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
