Description
Duties Include
- Supporting conveyancing solicitors with caseload management and organising client files in the case management system.
- Handling post-completion tasks: opening files, drafting correspondence and contracts, managing Land Registry applications, and general admin duties.
- Communicating with clients, lenders, agents, and solicitors to provide updates.
- Taking ownership of tasks within a collaborative team.
- Adhering to risk management processes and policies.
