WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THE SHORT TERM
·
Initially you will spend time learning about
the products and services we offer.
·
When
you are confident with the products and services that we offer, you will be assigned
to one of the above departments to gain an understanding of what the department
does.
·
Once
proficient in the duties detailed in the second bullet point, you will move to
a different department until you will have gained an all-round knowledge of the
business and the different roles you can do.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THE LONGER TERM
·
As
you become proficient in the core duties, you will be given further training
and responsibility to undertake duties for various projects and as you progress
through the formal learning process via college day-release you will eventually
settle in one of the departments and focus developing your skills in that area
even further.

Minimum of 5 GCSEs, Grades 9 - 4 inclusive of Maths and English. This is a requirement to enable you to undertake the Level 3 Apprenticeship course.
As part of your Apprenticeship, you
will be enrolled onto a nationally recognised Construction Support Technician Level 3 standard via our training
partner, Learning Skills Partnership . Your Apprenticeship typically takes 23 months to complete and is fully supported through a combination of regular
online lessons, e-learning materials, and access to their team of experts for
1-2-1 advice and support.
