Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the John O'Conner team working in a busy and varied role learning all aspects of system management and admin on our contract.
As an apprentice you’ll be responsible for maintaining system management and providing admin support to the wider business.
You’ll become a key part of the success of the business and be important to what is a small office team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing our suite packages, become a systems expert with our CRM System - customer care.
- Everything logged by customers are stored in here.
- Processing sales orders through SOP sales system, quote jobs and invoicing.
- Updating Ops portal shared drive, all operations data in the field is stored in here.
- Liaising with stakeholders and updating records correctly.
- Maintaining Asset manager vehicles system, ensuring machinery and vehicles are up to speed.
- Use of excel spreadsheets to update job sheets.
- Customer support by Microsoft outlook.
- Using Microsoft word and all other MS packages.
- Phone calls and general customer care.

The successful apprentice will in time have the opportunity to progress to office manager.
Working week:
9am - 5pm,
Monday to Friday,
40 hours per week.
Salary:
£16,000 per annum.
