Are you passionate about outdoor adventures, water safety, and delivering exceptional experiences?
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team at Rutland Water team in various roles, making a difference in our community while working in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you're ensuring safety by the water, teaching watersports, or keeping our parks pristine and welcoming, we have a role for you!
Lifeguards
Ensure the safety of all visitors at our pool or waterfront
Conduct regular checks and enforce safety guidelines
Assist with setting up and maintaining facilities
Requirements: NPLQ/OWL qualification preferred (or training can be provided)
Watersports Instructors
Lead fun and engaging water-based activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, or sailing
Provide excellent instruction for all ages and skill levels
Ensure safety standards are met at all times
Requirements: RYA or UKCC level 1 in Kayak & Canoe qualifications or equivalent are desirable
Senior Watersports Instructors (Fixed term and casual roles available)
Oversee watersports activities and mentor the instructor team.
Deliver high-quality training sessions and ensure safety compliance.
Support planning and management of events or activities.
Requirements: Advanced RYA/BC or equivalent qualifications, plus leadership experience
Watersports Assistants
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of our parks
Support Park visitors with information and assistance
Assist in setting up and managing events.
Requirements: A love for the outdoors and excellent customer service skills.
