Description
It will include the following typical tasks:
· Answering the phone and greeting clients on reception
· Overseeing the use of conference and meeting rooms
· Processing post (incoming and outgoing)
· Assist in coordinating diaries of team members and directors
· Assist in coordinating team/client events
· Booking travel · Managing office stationery and supplies
· Following current filing systems and creating new ones where appropriate
· Supporting technical teams in data collection and report writing/formatting
· Ordering data from contractors
· Supporting technical teams with printing and folding drawings
· Supporting invoicing and financial systems
· Anything else commensurate with the level of the job
Full on the job training and support. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator.
